Last week I broke my yellow Jeep (again), so +Lori Cramer hunted down a replacement for me for my birthday. She's a fantastic bargain hunter and shrewd car buyer!
Today will be my second day behind the wheel and I'm loving it. Now I'm just wishing for warmer temps, because the lid needs to come off!

They lady driving this Corolla decided to drive head on into my Wrangler while I was sitting (still) in a center turn lane this morning.
These are the after pics.
Both Charlie and I were shaken up a bit, but fine overall (Hopefully we don't feel differently in the morning).
The lady driving the other car was disoriented and I'm pretty sure she briefly blacked out. They took her away in the ambulance and hauled her car away on a flat bed.
I'm super happy at how well the Jeep protected us. It's not running very well and there's quite a bit screwed up in the front end, but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking.
This is a total Jeep win in my book!
It's amazing the things that go through your head in those couple of seconds when you know your going to be hit — especially when your child is sitting in the passenger's seat. I'm feeling very lucky overall.

I wouldn't recommend driving a Jeep that has the entire windshield covered up in post it notes. It's not effective at removing post-it notes AT ALL. I suppose it's probably not all that safe either.

It was the end of August (I'm a little late with the post) and I went to jump in my Jeep to head home and I found this post-it nightmare!

BTW, it takes quite awhile to take hundreds of post-its off a car. Driving at high-speeds doesn't work either… I tried.

Looks like the strange noises and and falling battery amperage problem with my 91 Jeep Wrangler is solved!
Turns out it wasn’t the alternator, but a broken idler pulley.
So, if your idler pulley looks like this, you’re going to have a problem.
And… here’s the serpentine belt diagram for the 1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ 4.0.
