Just over three weeks ago the #cheerioschallenge  was born when I challenged the G+ community to beat my Cheerios stacking record. (http://goo.gl/mjkky)

My record was beaten, bloodied, dragged through the mud, and then beaten some more. It was brutal. (http://goo.gl/Ye0dA)

I promised that the winner would be awarded with the first annual G+ Cheerios Challenge trophy custom made by me, and a special secret prize!

I challenged the G+ community to beat my Cheerio stacking record (http://goo.gl/khcXw).

Quite a few Gplussers have taken the challenge, not only with Cheerios, but with Honey Nut Cheerios, Froot Loops, Healthy Hearts, and quite a few other non-cereal items.

I have officially been beat.

So, the rules are simple: No bonding substances or building frameworks allowed  (no toothpicks down the center). Photographic evidence is mandatory, no cereal modification.

My record now stands at 13 Cheerios.

Getting to 10 is pretty easy…then the challenge kicks in.

No bonding substances or building frameworks allowed  (no toothpicks down the center). Photographic evidence is mandatory. Plain Cheerios only.

No Cheerio modification allowed. You can choose which Cheerios to use though. They must be full circles.

Honorable mentions for Fruit Loops, Whole Hearts, Honey Nut, (and anything that looks close. If you use something else, I'll buy it and try to beat your score.
