I called a customer today that had started a online order but for some reason never completed the order. I wanted to make sure that there were no technical problems and to see if she wanted to complete the order over the phone. I don’t like to miss out on a sale.
She told me the problem was on her end, and was being fixed. We were chatting along and I was just about to ask if we could go ahead and take her payment over the phone and still get her product out, when all of the sudden she interupted me and said in a very urgent tone:
“I’ve gotta horse hung upside down, I gotta go.”

I have heard of a “Donkey show” but never horse.. what the heck was she buying from you? I can’t imagine a person with an upsidedown horse needing a case of lollypops.. or mabye it’s part of the show (ewwwww)
